Covering the full range of financial products, Hero360 Back-Office staff are comprised of a team of expert paraplanners and research staff who manage advice research, confirms Best Interest, Superfund statement investigation and all other advice activities. Through user-configurable workflows, Hero360 Back-Office learns the advice practice processors, automatically assigns each task to staff members and tracks the progress, this allows for all tasks to be managed automatically based on existing internal policies.
